Abstract:
A beam A1 and a beam B1 are successively reflected by a first reflecting surface (202) and are emitted spatially close to each other toward a first position (P1). Subsequently, a beam A2 and a beam B2 are successively reflected by the first reflecting surface (202) and are emitted spatially close to each other toward a second position (P2). Subsequently, a beam A3 and a beam B3 are successively reflected by the first reflecting surface (202) and are emitted spatially close to each other toward a third position (P3). Subsequently, a beam A4 and a beam B4 are successively reflected by a second reflecting surface (204) and are emitted spatially close to each other toward a fourth position (P4). Subsequently, a beam A5 and a beam B5 are successively reflected by the second reflecting surface (204) and are emitted spatially close to each other toward a fifth position (P5).
