A light source module is configured from: a primary light unit (10) that radiates primary light; a light converting unit (20) that receives the primary light, converts the primary light into secondary light and radiates the secondary light; a light detecting unit (30) that detects light; a plurality of optical fibers (40) that guide light; and a beam splitting unit (50) that is equipped with a plurality of primary terminals and a plurality of secondary terminals, wherein the light entering in one of the primary terminals is radiated from the plurality of secondary terminals, and the light entering in one of the secondary terminals is radiated from the plurality of primary terminals. The primary light unit and the light detecting unit are arranged on the primary terminal side of the beam splitting unit, and the light converting unit is arranged on the secondary terminal side of the beam splitting unit such that, via the plurality of optic fibers, primary light can be guided from the primary light unit to the light converting unit, and secondary light can be guided from the light converting unit to the light detecting unit.
