Abstract:
A light source, an optical transmission method, and an optical injection locking system capable of realizing that the wavelength of output light of a laser is the same as the wavelength of injected continuous light. The light source comprises: a polarization conversion device, a laser, and a plurality of waveguides. The polarization conversion device is used for converting the injected continuous light into first continuous light and second continuous light and transmitting same to the laser by means of different waveguides. The polarization direction of the first continuous light and the polarization direction of the second continuous light are the same as the polarization direction of continuous light generated by the laser. The laser is used for generating first output light and second output light according to the injected continuous light and transmitting the first output light and the second output light to the polarization conversion device. The wavelength of the first output light and the wavelength of the second output light are the same as the wavelength of the injected continuous light. The polarization conversion device is further used for multiplexing and outputting the first output light and the second output light.
