Abstract:
A light source spot detection method and detection device (100), said detection device (100) comprising a test fixture (1), a diaphragm (2), an industrial camera (3) and an image processor (4), the method comprising the following steps: detection preparation (S1), position adjustment to initial imaging (S2), imaging fine adjustment (S3), image acquisition (S4), and data processing (S6). The light source spot detection method and detection device (100) are not only simple in method, high in detection efficiency, good in accuracy, but also have a low cost, and the detected data provides a reliable basis for product improvement design.
