Abstract:
A light source structure having a large light emergent surface can be fitted to a lamp, and comprises a substrate (100), an LED chip (200), and a fluorescent layer. The LED chip (200) is fixed to the substrate (100) via a support frame (300). The support frame (300) is provided with a light source cavity (302) for accommodating the LED chip (200). The support frame (300) is further provided with an annular recess (301). The light source structure further comprises a translucent cover (400) fixed on the annular recess (301) and covering the LED chip (200). A lower end surface of the translucent cover (400) forms a hollow cavity (402) covering the LED chip (200). The hollow cavity (402) has a shape similar to that of a bullet. An upper end surface of the translucent cover (400) is recessed to form a concave cavity (404) having an inverted conical shape. The concave cavity (404) and the hollow cavity (402) are practically configured, such that the translucent cover (400) is provided as a concave lens. Light directly emitted outward by the LED chip (200) is deflected and diffused by the concave lens to become a wide light beam, thereby providing soft and uniform lighting, increasing an illumination angle and an illumination range, meeting a requirement for a large illumination angle, saving costs, and protecting the environment. The light source structure of the invention has a practical design, and is a novel and unique structure.
