A light transmission processing system and light transmission processing method used for a solar chip assembly, the light transmission processing system comprising: an ink printing unit (10) that is constructed to print a set pattern on a top surface of a chip assembly by using UV ink so that places on the top surface of the chip assembly that are not covered by the pattern form hollow areas (108), the chip assembly comprising a transparent substrate (101) and a chip layer (100) that is stacked on a top surface of the transparent substrate; a curing unit (20) that is constructed to use UV light to cure the UV ink printed on the chip assembly so as to form a UV ink protective film; and a layer removing unit (30) that is constructed to remove portions of the chip layer corresponding to the hollow areas (108) so that portions of the transparent substrate (101) corresponding to the hollow areas (108) are exposed.
