Abstract:
This invention provides a light scattering material, which has high heat resistance,
low light absorption and high photostability, and a backlight structure, an
eye-safe semiconductor laser and the like using the light scattering material.
The light transmission scattering material is formed of a solidification product
comprising an oxide phase of two or more oxide phases, selected from single metal
oxides and composite metal oxides, which have been mutually intertwined with
each other in a continuous and three-dimensional manner. The backlight structure
and eye-safe semiconductor laser use the light scattering material.
