Provided is a light-transmitting resin composition for an encapsulating material, comprising polysiloxane obtained by copolymerizing a first silicon compound expressed by Chemical Formula 1 and a second silicon compound comprising the compound expressed by Chemical Formula 2. Also provided is an electronic device comprising an encapsulating material obtained by hardening the light-transmitting resin composition.
