Abstract:
A light transmitting solar cell and a preparation method thereof. The light transmitting solar cell comprises a substrate (1); a plurality of first electrodes (2); a plurality of light absorption modules (3), each light absorption module (3) corresponding to each first electrode (2), and a first end (21) of each light absorption module (3) extending a preset length relative to a first end (21) of the corresponding first electrode (2) to form a conduction connection end (23); the light absorption module (3) covering a region corresponding to the first electrode (2) except for the conduction connection end (23); a plurality of light transmitting second electrodes (4) spaced apart on the light absorption modules (3) and filled in between two adjacent first electrodes (2) and between two adjacent light absorption modules (3), and each second electrode (4) corresponding to each first electrode (2). By arranging a plurality of spaced-apart first electrodes (2), a plurality of light absorbing modules (3), and a plurality of second electrodes (4) on the substrate (1), and by filling light transmitting second electrodes (4) in partition regions of the first electrodes (2) and the light absorption modules (3), light can pass through the partition region of the first electrode (2) and the substrate (1), such that the solar cell has a light transmitting function.
