Abstract:
The present invention belongs to the technical field of thin film electromagnetic shielding materials and preparation therefor. Disclosed are a light-weight porous MXene-based composite thin film electromagnetic shielding material and a preparation method therefor. By means of the present invention, an electrostatic interaction force as a driving force is applied to MXene modified by means of a cationic surface modifier, and graphene oxide, so as to realize self-assembly of the MXene and the graphene oxide, and a light-weight porous MXene-based composite electromagnetic shielding material having ultra-high specific effectiveness is then obtained by means of casting into a film and high-temperature annealing. When the thickness of the composite thin film material in the present invention is only 15 μm, the porous MXene-based composite thin film can maintain electromagnetic shielding effectiveness of 49 dB or above across the entire X-band, and after 12 months, the electromagnetic shielding effectiveness is maintained to a great extent and is maintained at 47 dB or above across the entire X-band. The preparation process is simple and is easy to operate, and is expected to be applied to the fields of aerospace, military devices, miniature electronic devices, civil electric appliances, etc.
