Title:
LIGHTENED CONCRETE PANEL, HAVING EXPOSED FINISH AND METHOD FOR INSTALLING SAME
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2013/058639
Kind Code:
A3
Abstract:
The invention relates to a multifunctional lightened concrete panel for installation directly on the soil without requiring a firm concrete floor, which implies a reduction of construction costs by saving on cement and other materials required for producing the "firm floor", as well as on costs associated with labour and installation time. In addition, the invention provides the versatility required for building walls without requiring foundations for a concrete wall, using a system that is specific to the invention for building said walls, made up mainly of panels, separators, connectors, rods and galvanised sheets. Likewise, the invention can be used for building roofs by means of a system using metal stringers, connectors, lag screws and concrete panels, which is maintenance-free and has low permeability. Another property is that the present invention comprises a surface which grants the panel an exposed finish with a raised pattern, texture and colour, like a floor tile, which makes said panel aesthetically pleasing.
