Abstract:
In a planar view of a combined substrate of the present invention, when a shortest distance between a first connecting terminal and a second connecting terminal is represented by (L0), a shortest distance between the first connecting terminal and the boundary line between the upper surface of the combined substrate and the inner circumferential surface of a light transmitting cover is represented by (L1), and a shortest distance between the second connecting terminal and the boundary line between the upper surface of the combined substrate and the inner circumferential surface of the light transmitting cover is represented by (L2), the length of wiring is not less than (L0) but not more than (L0+L1+L2).
