Abstract:
This lighting device is provided with: an LED (22) having a light-emitting surface (22A); a light guide plate (18) having a light entry surface (18a), which is disposed facing the light-emitting surface (22A) and at which light from the light-emitting surface (22A) enters, and a light exit surface (18b), which causes the exit of light that has entered from the light entry surface (18a); a light-source attachment member (30) that is disposed in a manner so as to sandwich the LED (22) with respect to the light entry surface (18a) and to which the LED (22) is attached; and a light-blocking member (40) that is affixed to both the light-source attachment member (30) and the end on the LED (22) side of the light exit surface (18b) side of the light guide plate (18), and that is able to block light from the light-emitting surface (22A).
