The present invention may provide a lighting device comprising: a first lighting unit which includes a plurality of first light sources arranged on a first flat or curved surface and is configured to provide lighting of a first brightness and a first color; a second lighting unit which surrounds at least a portion of the first lighting unit, includes a plurality of second light sources arranged on a second flat or curved surface partially inclined relative to the first lighting unit, and is configured to provide lighting of a second brightness, which is at least partially different from the first brightness, and a second color; at least one opening passing through the first lighting unit; and at least one third lighting unit which includes a plurality of third light sources arranged on a third flat or curved surface and is configured to provide, via the opening, lighting of a third brightness, higher than the first brightness, and a third color. The second lighting unit can be set to provide the lighting of the second brightness and the second color in connection with the third lighting unit.
