Abstract:
A lighting device is provided with a rectifier circuit for rectifying an alternating current voltage, a power factor improvement circuit for taking as input a rectified voltage output by the rectifier circuit and generating a first direct current voltage, and a capacitor for smoothing the rectified voltage and generating a second direct current voltage. Further, the lighting device is provided with a first lighting power supply unit and a second lighting power supply unit. The first lighting power supply unit takes the first direct current voltage as input power source and supplies a first light source part comprising one or a plurality of light-emitting diodes with lighting power. The second lighting power supply unit takes the second direct current voltage as input power source and supplies a second light source part comprising one or a plurality of light-emitting diodes with lighting power. The output voltage output by the second lighting power supply unit is lower than the output voltage output by the first lighting power supply unit.
