An embodiment may include a lighting device comprising: a substrate; a light-emitting device arranged on the substrate; a resin layer arranged on the light-emitting device and covering the light-emitting device; a diffusion layer arranged on the resin layer; an optical pattern arranged between the lower surface of the diffusion layer and the resin layer; and a cover layer surrounding the optical pattern, wherein the cover layer comprises a release agent.
