The present invention relates to a lighting having a lens-combined cover, the lighting enabling the selective application of illuminance and a light radiation range according to an on-site situation. To this end, provided is a lighting having a lens-combined cover, of which a cover (20), coupled to a lighting main body (10), has formed on one side surface thereof a plurality of coupling grooves (21) etched so as to be engraved or embossed, wherein the coupling grooves (21) may have coupled respectively thereto an optical lens (50) capable of condensing lighting light emitting from an LED (11) light source by radiating same at a narrow angle, or diffusing the lighting light by radiating same at a wide angle. The lighting having a lens-combined cover comprises: the lighting main body (10) having a plurality of the LEDs (11) on one side surface thereof; the cover (20) coupling to one side of the lighting main body (10); and a light distribution plate (30) having formed thereon reflection grooves (31) comprising an inlet formed on one side thereof so that one portion of the LEDs (11) may be inserted therein, and an outlet formed on the other side thereof through which light emitting from the LEDs (11) is discharged, wherein a plurality of the light distribution plates (30) are combined and arranged on the inner circumferential surface of the cover (20).
