A lighting lamp (200) and a support (100) for a lighting lamp (200). The support (100) comprises: a first housing (1), comprising a first light source mounting portion (11) located in the interior thereof and a light outlet (16) located on the front surface thereof and facing a first direction, the first light source mounting portion (11) being used for mounting a light source module (201) of the lighting lamp (200); and a second housing (2) fixedly connected to the first housing (1), comprising a second light source mounting portion (21) located in the interior thereof, and a light outlet (22) located on the front surface thereof and facing a second direction, the second light source mounting portion (21) being used for mounting the light source module (201) of the lighting lamp (200), and the second direction being different from the first direction. The invention can realize light emission towards both ground and roof by means of the same lighting lamp (200) by setting the second direction to be opposite to the first direction, without the need for replacing the lighting lamp, thereby reducing the experience cost.
