Abstract:
Provided is a lighting structure capable of illuminating a building material panel and improving the feeling of brightness in a room, even when a lighting device is positioned in the joint between building material panels. A lighting structure in which a lighting device (1) is positioned at a joint (50) between a first building material panel (60A) and a second building material panel (60B) that each have a first surface and a second surface on the opposite side from the first surface, and are positioned in a manner such that the first surfaces thereof are oriented in the same direction, wherein the long lighting device (1) has a lens part (31) and a lighting unit (2) that contains a light source (11). The lens part (31) is: formed along the joint (50) so as to project outward from the first surface (60a) of the first building material panel (60A) and the first surface (60a) of the second building material panel (60B); and configured so as to cause part of the light from the light source (11) to be reflected and directed toward the first and/or the second building material panel (60A, 60B).
