Abstract:
A lighting unit and a rail type lighting device comprising same are disclosed. The lighting unit according to one disclosed embodiment comprises: a body part comprising a body plate and first guide parts, which are provided on the top of the body plate in the lengthwise direction of the body plate; a magnet material accommodation part provided on the top of the body part and accommodating a magnet material magnetically coupled to a rail unit; and body-coupling parts respectively slide-coupled to both ends of the body part along first guide parts.
