Claims:
CLAIMS

The invention relates to the lighting unit providing the light needed for the plant to maintain its freshness in the whole of the plant and/or ensure sterilization of the plant during cultivating, exhibition or storage all kinds of plants including fruit, vegetable flower cultivated, in characterized that;

— Lighting unit (A) Connected by means of connection apparatus on the shelf, dresser, counter, pole wall that the exhibition process that plant is cultivated/ storage/ and realizing the growth, freshness, disinfection of the plant by means of light projected from transparent plates (1 ), which can be placed side by side, one after the other having the lower, the upper or both surfaces (1 .1 .) from convex curvature, concave bow, when desired, on micro channels that it is ensured that the light source (3) consisting of light emitting diode (LED) connected to the positioning cavity (2.1 ) or fiber optics are extracted and spread from the side surfaces (1 .2).

Lighting unit (A) according to claim 1 , in characterized that; lighting unit (A); has the ability to transmit light, is positioned as circular, oval, polygonal, one after another, side by side, symmetrical/asymmetrical and is used to be at least one piece and includes transparent plate (1 ) made of any of the plastic or plastic derivative (acrylic polymer, polycarbonate etc.) as well as glass or derivative materials (soda-lime-silica, bottle glass, heat-resistant, borosilicate glass, leaded crystal glass, silica glass, tempered glass, leaded glass, colored glass, ceramic etc.).

Transparent sheet (1 ) according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that: transparent plate (1 ) includes;

— Upper surface formed any of the micro channels, convex curves, concave curves, performing the reflection of the light obtained from the light source (1 .1 ), — Side surface (1 .2) in the form of a flat, concave or convex, to which the light source (3) is connected to ensure that the light is focused on the transparent sheet (1 ).

Lighting unit (A) according to claim 1 , characterized in that the lighting unit (A) includes; frame (2) in the nature of single or multi-piece construction produced from any of solid materials having a thermal conductivity to collect the heat energy and perform the cooling operation, if the light source (3) is operated with electrical energy, from any of solid materials such as metal, wood, plastics, if the light source (3) with outer edges of the same construction as the transparent sheet (1 ) is operated by electric energy, it collects the heat energy on it and in case of metal (aluminum, chrome, steel etc.) made from a solid material,

5. Lighting unit (A) according to claim 1 or 4, characterized in that frame (2) includes;

— Positioning space (2.1 )that transparent plant (1 ) an the light source (3) are positioned,

— The insertion gap (2.2) that energy/data cables (4) providing energy to the light source (3) will pass

Lighting unit (A) according to claim 1 , characterized in that the lighting unit (A) includes; light emitting diode (LED) illuminators or light sources (3) made up of fiber optics, which are used to grow plant or to maintain plant or plant organs in the 400 to 700 nanometer wavelength range, and which used for sterilization or disinfection operations in the wavelength range of 200 to 400 nanometers.

Lighting unit (A) according to claim 1 , characterized in that the lighting unit (A); — at least one weight sensor (5) ensuring the weight information of the pressure force which is released by the weight of an object held on any surface (1 .1 ) of the frame (2) or transparent frame (1 ) being converted from digital weight information to analog weight information is monitored in electronic or computerized environment, connected to the lower or upper or side of the frame or plate (2).

Lighting unit (A) according to claim 1 , characterized in that the lighting unit (A) includes; the lighting unit (A) mounted by means of connecting apparatus on the shelves/racks located in the areas where plant cultivation or the storage operation is carried out or on the box carrying elements.

Description:
A LIGHTING UNIT USED IN PLANT CULTIVATION TECHNICAL FIELD

The invention relates to the lighting unit providing the light needed for the plant to maintain its freshness and ensure sterilization of the plant during cultivation, exhibition or storage all kinds of plants including fruit, vegetable cultivated in enclosed areas.

The invention, in particular relates to the lighting unit providing the light needed for the plant to maintain its freshness and ensure sterilization of the plant during exhibition or storage, cultivating all kinds of plants including fruit, vegetable cultivated in enclosed areas;

- connected by means of connection apparatus, on the shelf, rack, bench, pole, wall where the plant is cultivated / stored / exhibited and ensured that light source consisting of light emitting diode (LED) or fiber optic connected to the positioning gap is taken and expanded from the side surfaces or realizing the growth, freshness, disinfection of the plant by means of light projected from transparent plates, which can be placed side by side, one after the other to the plant, having micro channels on the surface, when desired, the lower, the upper or both surfaces from convex curve, concave curve, ensured that light source consisting of light emitting diode (LED) or fiber optic connected to the positioning gap is taken and expanded from the side surfaces

PRIOR ART Cultivation or storage processes of all kinds of plants including cultivating fruits, vegetable in closed areas is carried out. During the growing and storage of the plant, shelves/racks are used. The light should be given to the plant needed in order for cultivating the plant, maintaining its freshness and disinfecting it on the shelf/rack.

In the known state of the art, the light energy emitted from the light source is directly used from the remote without insulation, in the growing of plants using light energy through lighting, in the maintenance of all plants or the freshness of plant organs. In this case, harmful gas or harmful heat emission release adverse effects on the aquaculture and freshness protection. Since internal clusters cannot be illuminated with sufficient light in containers with a certain volume, collecting and keeping the plant organs consisting of multiple plant or stem, leaf, flower, fruit; it is not efficient in protecting the fleshiness in the growing process of plants or plant organs. There is no system for preserving natural flavor, preserving freshness, increasing aroma in display areas for post-harvest sales of fresh fruit and vegetables.

There is no system that makes uninterrupted instantaneous measurement of weight information during storage or display of plant or plant organs.

In disinfection and sterilization with ultraviolet lamps, the shortest distance must be selected in order to be effective between the target and the light source. Otherwise, the effect of ultraviolet light decreases as the distance increases. As a result, it is necessary to develop the related technical field due to the above mentioned problems encountered in the known state of the technique. OBJECTIVE OF INVENTION

Because of the drawbacks of the prior art, the invention is intended to solve all the drawbacks described.

The object of the invention is to provide a lighting unit that provides the light needed to maintain plant freshness and/or sterilization of any kinds of plant, including fruit, vegetables, flowers cultivated in enclosed areas in the entire or organs of the fruit during cultivation exhibition or storage.

Another object of the invention is to provide the lighting unit providing the light needed for the plant to maintain its freshness and ensure sterilization of the plant during exhibition or storage, cultivating all kinds of plants including fruit, vegetable cultivated in enclosed areas;

Figure 1 has a representative perspective view of the lighting unit (A) providing the light needed for the plant to maintain its freshness and ensure sterilization of the plant during exhibition or storage, cultivating all kinds of plants including fruit, vegetable cultivated in enclosed areas

The lighting unit (A) of the invention comprises: transparent sheet (1 ), frame (2), light source (3), energy / data cables (4) and weight sensors (5).

The transparent plate (1 ) used in the lighting unit (A) can be selected from any of the glass or derivative materials (soda-lime-silica, bottle glass, heat-resistant, borosilicate glass, leaded crystal glass, silica glass, tempered glass, leaded glass, colored glass, ceramic etc.), including to have the light transmission feature plastic or plastic derivative (acrylic polymer, polycarbonate etc.). On top side (1 .1 ), micro- channels as seen in figure 1 , convex curves as seen in figures 2 and 3, concave curves as seen in figures 4 and 5 are formed. The transparent plate (1 ) ensures that the light emitted from the light source (3) is emitted and transmitted to the plant, wherein it has a side surface (1 .2) to which the light source (3) is connected. In the manufacturing process of the lighting unit (A), the transparent plates (1 ) having circular, oval, polygonal edges are positioned one after the other, side by side, symmetrically/asymmetrically and can be used to be at least one piece. As lateral surfaces (1 .2) can be straight, they also can form concave or convex.

The frame (2) connected to the outer part of the transparent plate (1 ) has a U or L section and can be produced with the outer edges having the same structure as the transparent plate (1 ). Positioning space (2.1 ) has been formed in which the transparent plate (1 ) and the light source (3) are positioned, on the frame, of which production is realized with the transparent plate (1 ) in the same form and at least one passage space 2 and at least one passage space (2.2) through which the energy / data cables (4) providing energy to the light source (3) is formed. If the light source (3) is operated by electric energy, solid material such as the metal derivative (aluminum, chrome, steel etc.) which is formed with heat conductivity is used. The frame (2) collects the heat energy of the light source (3) operating with the electric energy on itself and acts cooling process. The edge covering frames (2) can be produced from a single piece of material, or from more than one piece. In the case of using a light source (3) made of optical fiber optics, the thermal conductivity of the frame (2) is not important. In this case, the frame (2) made of a solid material such as metal, wood or plastic can be produced as a single piece or more than one piece per side. Fibers are embedded in holes drilled into the transparent sheet or ensured in contact with the surface directly.

In the lighting unit of the invention (A); light emitting diodes (LED) illuminators or light sources (3) made up of fiber optics can be used. The light source (3) is used to grow plants or to maintain the freshness of plant organs in the range of 400 to 700 nanometer wavelengths. Light sources (3) with a wavelength of 200 to 400 nanometers are used for sterilization or disinfection operations. Light sources (3) are positioned to the positioning space (2.1 ) of the frame (2) facing the side surfaces of the transparent sheet (1 ) in the visible light range or ultraviolet light range (Visible light in the range of 704 nanometers and 400 nanometers, or ultraviolet light of the desired wavelength in the range of 200 to 400 nanometers) both visible light and ultraviolet light ( visible light in the range of 700 nanometers and 400 nanometers and ultraviolet light in the range of 200 to 400 nanometers) The ultraviolet light sources (3) are placed between the visible light sources (3), disinfection or sterilization can be done at the same time at the contact surface of the plate and also in the air with the upper surface (1 .1 ) of the transparent plate (1 ) and with the illumination of the air in the transparent plate (1 ). In the assembly process of the lighting unit (A) of the invention, the light source (3) is first positioned at the positioning space (2.1 ) in the frame (2). The transparent sheet (1 ) is positioned in the structure which is in contact with the side surfaces (1 .2) on the light source (3) and contact must be ensured not to take air and moisture using any of the chemical components such as resin, silicone, acrylic, polymer, polyurethane, ultraviolet dried adhesives, paste. In this way, in the mounting process, the light obtained from the light source (3) enters the transparent plate (1 ) from the side surfaces (1 .2) of the transparent plate (1 ) and the micro channels are projected from the upper surface (1 .1 ) having a convex or concave surface by focusing. The energy/data cables (4) out of the through-hole (2.2) go outside (2). The weight sensors (5) are fixed to any place of the frame (2) or transparent plate (1 ) from on the lower, side, upper parts of the transparent plate (1 ).

After the mounting operation of the lighting unit (A) of the invention is performed, as stated above, energy/data cables (4) are connected by mounting by means of connecting apparatuses on shelf/rack or box carrying elements located in areas where plant cultivating, exhibition or storage process is/are carried out.

Lighting is starting giving the light obtained from the lighting unit (A) to the light sources (3) positioned in the frame (2) in usage. In accordance with the intensity of lighting, the nature of the plant or plant organ to be cultivated or protected, it is adjusted to the value of the photosynthetic active radiation (FAR) to be formed on the surface. The lighting unit (A) ensures lighting on the walls arranged side by side, on the inner surfaces of transport vehicles, on the inner surfaces of cabinets, on the shelves/racks or between the cases, lighting boxes side by side, one after another at certain frame.

The analogue information is obtained with the pressure force which is released by the weight of an object held on any surface (1.1 ) of the frame (2) or the transparent plate (1 ), with the weight sensors (5). Weight information of plant or plant organs can also be monitored in an instant electronic or computerized environment converting from analogue weight information to digital weight information. Plus and minus weight information can also be followed when requested.
