Abstract:
The invention relates to a lightweight concrete building component, especially for use in building construction, which is molded from an aqueous mixture of cement and an inorganic lightweight aggregate. The invention is characterized by adding to the aqueous mixture an aqueous polymer dispersion in an amount to give a solids content, based on the amount of cement, ranging from 0.01- 20 % by weight.
