Abstract:
The present invention relates to a lightweight concrete deck having excellent strength and quality, and a method for manufacturing same, wherein an FRP rod or an FRP mesh made of fiber reinforced plastics (FRP) is embedded so that the concrete deck is lightweight, has excellent strength and quality, is environmentally friendly, and has almost no deformation even after long-term use. The concrete deck comprises: a concrete (C) body (2) having a predetermined length, a predetermined width, and a predetermined height; an FRP rod body (5) reinforced inside the body (2); and concave grooves (3, 4) formed on both surfaces thereof in the longitudinal direction of the body (2). An FRP mesh (6) may be used instead of the FRP rod body (5). The concrete deck further comprises a pipe (9) for inserting a self-regulating heating cable (8) installed inside the body (2). The concrete deck further comprises a fixture (26) used for fixing the concrete deck (1) to an underlayment (33). The concrete deck manufacturing method according to the present invention comprises the steps of: a) assembling a molding frame for molding a concrete deck; b) installing and binding a FRP rod body to an inner space of the molding frame; c) vibrating the molding frame while adding concrete thereinto; d) curing the concrete after input and vibration for 20 to 50 hours; e) disassembling the molding frame to obtain a cured concrete deck; and f) curing the concrete deck for 60 to 100 hours to obtain a final concrete deck. The method further comprises a step of installing a pipe for inserting a self-regulating heating cable in the inner space of the molding frame along with the installation of the FRP rod body in the inner space of the molding frame, in the step b).
