Abstract:

A lightweight cross beam for a numerical control laser cutting machine, comprising a cross beam body. The cross beam body comprises several coiled rib plates (1) arranged in parallel; lower front corners of the several coiled rib plates (1) are connected by means of a square tube (2); upper front corners and upper and lower rear corners of the several coiled rib plates (1) are all coated by angle steels (3); a protective plate (4) is coated outside the angle steel (3) and the square tube (2); an upper guide rail mounting plate (5) is provided at the front side of an upper end surface of the cross beam body; a lower guide rail mounting plate (6) is provided on a front surface of the cross beam body; end plates (7) are provided on both ends of the cross beam body; the end plates (7) are connected to the angle steel (3) and the square tube (2), separately; drive connection plates (8) are provided on both ends of a lower end surface of the cross beam body, separately. The cross beam is simple in structure, is lightweight as a whole, has a high rigidity, has a sufficient dynamic property, and efficiently ensures the cutting precision and the cutting efficiency of the laser cutting machine.
