Abstract:
A lightweight-steel frame heat insulation structure (1), comprising a lightweight-steel frame, an inner wall (18) and an outer wall (19) being respectively fixed to two sides of the frame, a heat insulation layer (15) being filled between the inner wall (18) and the outer wall (19); the frame comprises upper transverse keels (12), lower transverse keels (14), and vertical keels (11), a plurality of vertical keels (11) being vertically and fixedly connected to the upper transverse keels (12) and the lower transverse keels (14); thermal break assemblies (16) are provided through the inner wall (18), the outer wall (19), and the heat insulation layer (15), two ends of each of the thermal break assemblies (16) being respectively fixed on the vertical keels (11). Further provided is an implementation method for said heat insulation structure (1). Said structure is lightweight, high in strength, and has a long service life.
