Abstract:
A lignin adsorbent, a preparation method therefor and an application thereof, relating to the field of separation and purification of a plant fiber component. The preparation method for a lignin adsorbent comprises the following steps: S1. performing probe-type ultrasonic treatment on the prehydrolysate of a plant fiber raw material; S2. adding horseradish peroxidase and hydrogen peroxide to the prehydrolysate subjected to the ultrasonic treatment for enzymatic treatment; and S3. centrifuging a hydrolysate after the treatment, washing a precipitate, and performing drying to obtain a lignin adsorbent. The lignin adsorbent can be used in heavy metal ion wastewater treatment and cationic dye wastewater treatment. By the combining probe-type ultrasonic treatment and treatment with horseradish peroxidase, the lignin in the prehydrolysate can be effectively removed, and the separated lignin can also be effectively utilized; a good popularization and application value is provided.
