Abstract:
The present invention belongs to the technical field of flame retardants, and disclosed are a lignin intumescent flame retardant and a preparation method therefor. The present invention comprises performing chlorination of 9,10-dihydro-9-oxa-10-phosphaphenanthrene-10-oxide, then performing a substitution reaction of same with piperazine or a derivative thereof to obtain a nitrogen-phosphorus intermediate; and performing hydroxymethylation on lignin, and then performing a grafting reaction of the hydroxymethylated lignin and the nitrogen-phosphorus intermediate, so as to obtain the lignin intumescent flame retardant. Said flame retardant has good thermal stability, and exhibits good flame retardant effect when applied to polymer materials such as epoxy resins.
