Provided is a lignocellulosic simultaneous saccharification and fermentation method improved by utilizing a surfactant, the method comprising: simultaneously saccharifying and fermenting a non-detoxified cellulose substrate by utilizing a surfactant, a cellulase and a saccharomyces cerevisiae. The method improves the efficiency of ethanol production.
