Title:
LINALOOL COMPOSITION AND PRODUCTION METHOD FOR SAME
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2017/051929
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a linalool composition that includes linalool, and most importantly a composition that has a high percentage content of linalool and that includes a high enantiomeric excess of R-linalool, S-linalool, or the like. The purpose of the present invention is also to provide a production method for the linalool composition. The present invention provides a composition that contains linalool, that, of the total content of the volatile components thereof, has a linalool content of 60% or higher, and that has an enantiomeric excess of R-linalool or S-linalool of 50% or more. The present invention also provides a production method for the linalool composition.
