Abstract:

A line diagnosis method and apparatus. The method comprises: acquiring a test result reported by a test device, the test result being a test result obtained after the test device tests a line that needs line diagnosis (S102); and invoking a dynamic language file to analyze the test result to obtain a line diagnosis result, the dynamic language file comprising known line fault types described in a dynamic language and corresponding judging conditions (S104). By means of the technical solution, the problem in the related art that the time cycle of re-customizing a diagnosis process for line diagnosis is too long and the user demand cannot be satisfied is solved, the time cycle required by function customization is largely shortened during the line diagnosis, a user can rapidly adjust the analysis solution according to the change of the line condition, the user demand is satisfied and the user satisfaction is improved.
