Abstract:
Disclosed by the present invention is an on-line dust cleaning device for low-temperature dust-containing tail gas. The device comprises a hollow furnace wall and a netted dust-capturing device, wherein the furnace wall is provided with an furnace wall smoke inlet and a furnace wall smoke outlet; the netted dust-capturing device is disposed near the furnace wall smoke inlet and comprises a netted dust-capturing belt, a driving device, a driving wheel and a driven wheel; the driving wheel and the driven wheel are respectively supported outside the furnace wall through a bracket; the driving wheel is connected with an output end of the driving device; the netted dust-capturing belt is wound at the peripheries of the driving wheel and the driven wheel; and the driving wheel and the driven wheel are arranged in an airtight cavity; and the airtight cavity is connected with the wall surface of the furnace wall in an airtight manner. By adopting the present invention, most of the dust in the tail gas can be cleaned without influencing the waste heat of the lower-temperature tail gas, thus ensuring the safe and normal operation of a waste heat recycling device.
