Abstract:
A line-of-sight detection device (199) comprises: an image data acquiring unit (202) for acquiring image data of a subject's face illuminated with detection light emitted by a light source (103); a line-of-sight detecting unit (216) for detecting the line of sight of the subject on the basis of the image data; an image processing unit (206) for performing image processing on the image data to generate a facial characteristics image and a spectacle reflection image showing an image of a light source reflected in spectacles worn on the face; and a display control unit (208) for displaying, on a display device, the characteristics image and the spectacle reflection image in different display modes in a synthesized image obtained by synthesizing the characteristics image and the spectacles reflection image.
