Abstract:
A line system for producing slabs includs an annular rail track, molding cars(1) runing on the track, and fore treatment devices(2), a mixing and casting device(3), a inlet transfer trolley (8),an inlet distributor(6), a curing kiln(5), an outlet distributor(7) and an outlet transfer trolley (9), which are all set in turn on the track. The fore treatment devices(2) are applied for mounting the reinforcing materials, and assembling pipes or polystyrene panels into the molding cars(1). The inlet transfer trolley (8) is set for transfering the molding car(1) from the casting track(A) to the curing track(B). The inlet distributor(6) is used for lifting the molding cars(1) to the appointed curing layer and pushing them into the curing kiln(5). The outlet distributor(7) is applied for receiving the molding cars(1) pushed from the kiln(5). The outlet transfer trolley (9) is used for transfering the molding cars from the curing track(B) to the casting track(A). The line system would improve the yield efficiency by the molding cars with wheels runing on the line rail track.
