Abstract:
In order to support the review of work distribution with respect to a plurality of work stations contained in a production line, disclosed is a line-work management support system that supports work management of a production line, which has a plurality of work stations and wherein the object of production is conveyed in a manner so as to sequentially pass by the aforementioned plurality of work stations and the conveyance of the aforementioned object of production is suspended and started by means of a work suspension instruction and a work suspension-cancelling instruction. The line-work management support system is provided with: a plurality of work-suspension-state output units that are provided corresponding to each of the plurality of work stations, and that output the aforementioned work suspension instruction or the aforementioned work suspension-cancelling instruction to the corresponding aforementioned work station in an implementation that can identify the aforementioned work station to which the instruction has been issued; and a management data generating unit that, on the basis of the outputs of the work-suspension-state output units, generates work distribution review data that maps suspension times to each of the plurality of work stations.
