Abstract:
A linear actuator (100) that is provided with: a first tube (10) that has provided to the inside thereof a plurality of coils (41) that are held by a yoke (40); a rod (30) that can move inside the yoke (40) in the axial direction; and a plurality of permanent magnets (31) that are held by the rod (30) so as to be aligned in the axial direction and that are provided so as to face the plurality of coils (41). The first tube (10) has: an inner tube (12) that has one end that has provided thereto a restricting part (12C) that protrudes to the inside in the radial direction; and a base part (11) that is connected to the other end of the inner tube (12). The yoke (40) is inserted inside the inner tube (12) and is sandwiched and secured by the restricting part (12C) and the base part (11).
