Abstract:
A linear alternating-current generator comprises a fixed magnet system (2). Channels (6) filled with a molten metal and interconnected hydraulically are provided in the gaps of the magnet system (2). The hydraulic interconnection of the channels (6) is a parallel one. Armatures (7) are mounted in the channels (6) and connected with pistons (10) of an engine (11) providing the possibility of reciprocating movements of the armatures (7). Energy collecting electrodes (5) are in contact with the armatures (7). The number of channels (6) of the armatures (7) mounted in them and of pistons (10) of the engine (11) which are connected with them is divisible by three. The armatures (7), relating to each phase, have a star or delta interconnection.
