Abstract:

A linear cleaning peristaltic metering pump, comprising a pump body (4), a hose fixing accessory (5) and an anti-backflow accessory (6). The hose fixing accessory (5) is used for installing a working hose (3); the anti-backflow accessory (6) is used for clamping and loosening the working hose (3); the pump body (4) is used for performing reciprocating motion and clamping or loosening the working hose (3); the anti-backflow accessory (6) is in cooperation with the pump body (4); the pump body (4) comprises a roller lifting component (42), a roller pressing pipe component (44), a pump body outer cover component (43) and a power transmission part (41); the power transmission part (41) is used for driving the roller lifting component (42) to perform a lifting-type linear motion, thereby driving the roller pressing pipe component (44) to move and to clamp or loosen the working hose (3). The present linear cleaning peristaltic metering pump has the advantages of simple structure, convenient operation, high precision and long service life.
