Abstract:
In a linear drive device (100), a movable member (6) is driven using a guide shaft (5) supported by a bracket (4) and a lead screw (2). Since a nut mechanism (30), which together with the lead screw (2) configures a feed screw mechanism, is provided with a first spring (35) between two nuts (3), it is possible to limit rattling of the nuts (3) with respect to the lead screw (2). Of the two nuts (3), the first nut (31) provided on the side opposite a motor (1) and a first plate (41) is not able to move relative to the movable member (6) in the axis (L) direction. As a result, when a member to be driven is loaded on the movable member (6) and the movable member (6) is driven in the direction approaching the first plate (41), the first plate (41) and members disposed therearound are not susceptible to interference by the member being driven. Accordingly, the range in which the movable member (6) can move can be made long even when rattling is reduced.
