Abstract:
Provided in the present invention is a linear drive device, comprising a stator; a plurality of movers which are all slidably arranged on the stator; a drive assembly, the drive assembly being used for driving the plurality of movers to slide in the extension direction of the stator; a plurality of first position feedback units, each mover being provided with one first position feedback unit, and one of the first position feedback units being provided with a marking signal; and a plurality of second position feedback units, the plurality of second position feedback units being all arranged on the stator and arranged at intervals, and the second position feedback units being used for reading position information of the first position feedback units and reading the marking signal. The linear drive device in the present invention can simplify the recognition mode of the movers, and requires no additional sensor to be provided, so as to reduce the cost.
