Abstract:
The present invention provides a linear driving mechanism, relating to the technical field of automotive transmissions. A cage is a split independent structure composed of multiple cage bodies, and a manufacturing process of a single cage is simple. The cage is divided into multiple independent cages, with an individual cage being capable of accommodating one or more rolling bodies. During assembly, the cages are connected by small springs, and due to elastic deformation of the small springs, a screw rod and a nut having different machining errors can be accommodated and adapted, to avoid jamming. Threads of the screw rod and the nut are sawtooth-shaped threads, with thread angle at one side of 3°-10° to ensure a high efficiency, and a thread angle at the other side of 30°, to ensure a high bearing capacity, as well as make full use of space.
