Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is a linear injection-blowing-filling-sealing integrated plastic bottle packaging device, comprising an injection molding module, a blank preheating module, a bottle blowing module, a filling module and a sealing module, which are linearly arranged in sequence. The injection molding module is used for injection molding to form a row of materials. The linear injection-blowing-filling-sealing integrated plastic bottle packaging device further comprises a transfer mechanism used for translating the row of materials outputted by the injection molding module to sequentially enter the blank preheating module, the bottle blowing module, the filling module and the sealing module and then outputting a formed product, and a laminar flow cover used for forming a sterile sealed space and accommodating the injection molding module, the blank preheating module, the bottle blowing module, the filling module, the sealing module and the transfer mechanism. Process links are few in interference and few in limitation, and are not prone to being limited by space. According to a manufacturing process for a plastic product packaging product, the whole process of injection, blowing, filling and sealing is completed in the sterile closed laminar flow cover, and the whole process is not in contact with the outside, thereby ensuring the quality of the packaging product.
