Abstract:
Provided is a linear module having an inset groove member, comprising a base (1), a screw (2), a slider (3), an inset groove member (4), an inclined engagement surface (7), engagement slots (8), and an inclined engagement opening (9). The slider (3) is in axially threaded connection with the screw (2), and the bottom of the slider (3) is slidably fixed in the base (1) via the inset groove member (4). The engagement slots (8) are oppositely arranged inside the base (1), open towards opposite directions, and are provided with the inset groove members (4). An inner side of the opening of the engagement slot (8) is provided with the inclined engagement opening (9). The upper and lower sides of the inset groove member (4) are respectively provided with inclined engagement surfaces (7), the inclined engagement surfaces (7) being disposed opposite to the inclined engagement openings (9) and held at the inclined engagement openings (9), such that the inset groove members (4) are fixed into the engagement slots (8). In the clamping method, no glue is used, no aging occurs after a long period of use, and movement accuracy of the module can be maintained for a long time.
