Abstract:
Provided is a linear motion guide device including: a guide rail; a slider body; an end cap; a roller; and a retainer that comprises an upper retainer portion, a lower retainer portion, and an intermediate retainer portion. The upper retainer portion, the intermediate retainer portion, and the lower retainer portion form an approximately V-shaped plate in cross section. A surface portion of each of the upper retainer portion, the lower retainer portion and the intermediate retainer portion that contacts a roller end face has a first flange surface and a second flange surface. The first flange surface and the second flange surface are configured to be flush with each other, or one of the flange surfaces protrudes with respect to the other flange surface.
