Abstract:
This linear motor system (10) comprises: a stator (16) having first to tenth coils (20a)-(20j); a mover (18) having a permanent magnet (24); a switching part (36) for switching one or more power supply target coils to which power is to be supplied; and a control device (14) which supplies power to the one or more power supply target coils by using a deviation integrated value obtained by integrating a speed deviation, which is the difference between a command speed of the mover (18) and the actual speed of the mover (18). The control device (14) includes: a compensation unit (40) which calculates a post-division deviation integrated value obtained by dividing, by the number of the one or more power supply target coils immediately after the switching, a post-addition deviation integrated value, which is a value obtained by adding the deviation integrated values used to supply power to the respective one or more power supply target coils immediately before the switching; and a current control unit (50) which uses the calculated post-division deviation integrated value to supply power to the one or more power supply target coils immediately after the switching.
