Abstract:
Provided is a linear motor (100), comprising a sliding mechanism (10), and a primary mechanism (20) and secondary mechanism (30) arranged spaced at an interval from each other on said sliding mechanism (10) and interacting therewith to generate an electromagnetic thrust; said sliding mechanism (10) comprises a base (11) and a slide base (12) movably arranged on said base (11), said primary mechanism (20) being fixedly connected to said base (11) and said secondary mechanism (30) being fixedly connected to said slide base (12); or said primary mechanism (20) being fixedly connected to said slide base (12) and said secondary mechanism (30) being fixedly connected to said base (11); the secondary mechanism (30) comprises a magnetic yoke (32) and a plurality of permanent magnet assemblies (31) spaced at intervals along the direction of motion of the slide base (12) and embedded in said magnetic yoke (32), there being at least two of said secondary mechanisms (30), and said at least two secondary mechanisms (30) being spaced apart from and parallel to each other in the direction of motion of the slide base (12). The use of the described motor structure solves the technical problem of the motion performance of a linear motor (100) of the prior art being affected due to relatively large fluctuations in the pushing force of the linear motor (100).
