Claims:
CLAIMS

1. The invention is a linear mounting apparatus (A) that allows the linear assembly of the first body profile (1 ) and the second body profile (2) by hand, without using any tools in linear products, linear joint apparatus (3) that is mounted and allows the first body profile (1 ) and the second body profile (2) to join in the same plane, which allows linear mounting of the first body profile (1) and the second body profile (2) by passing the tab (3.1) located on said first body profile (1 ), and the second body profile (2) through the rivet (4).

2. A linear mounting apparatus (A) according to claim 1 ; comprises nail slot (1.1) which passes into said nail (3.1) and enables the linear joint apparatus (3) to be fixed on the first body profile (1 ).

3. A linear mounting apparatus (A) according to any preceding claims; comprises the rivet slot (2.1 ) located on both the linear joint apparatus (3) and the second body profile (2), which passes into said rivet (4) and fixes the linear joint apparatus (3) on the second body profile (2).

4. A linear mounting apparatus (A) according to any preceding claims; comprises; the side profile (3.2) positioned as the right and left edges of said linear joint apparatus (3) that enables said linear joint apparatus (3) to be inserted into the first body profile (1 ) and pass into it.

5. A linear mounting apparatus (A) according to any preceding claims; comprises; first body channel (1.2) positioned on the underside of said first body profile (1 ) allowing the linear joint apparatus (3) to be slid onto said first body profile (1 ) by bearing the said side profile (3.2).

6. A linear mounting apparatus (A) according to any preceding claims; comprises; the second body channel (2.2) positioned on the underside of said second body profile (2), allowing the linear joint apparatus (3) to be slid onto said second body profile (2) by bearing the said side profile (3.2).

LINEAR MOUNTING APPARATUS

Technical Field

The invention relates to a linear mounting apparatus.

In particular, the invention relates to a linear mounting apparatus that allows the linear assembly to be performed manually, without using any tools in linear products.

Background of the Invention

Structures such as profiles and channels consisting of more than one part are mostly preferred for reasons such as ease of production and low cost.

The assembly of the said structures to each other is both requiring expert workmanship and requiring the use of extra tools.

In linear jointing structures in the prior art, assembly is done using four or more screws. In products with narrow cross-sectional dimensions, the screwing process becomes both difficult and impossible to control since the range of motion is narrow.

As a result, since more than one screw is used at the same point, it is extremely difficult to check the tightened screw and the unscrewed screw. In addition, it is mandatory for at least two people to work during product assembly in screw-mounted products.

In the literature, PCT application W00065188A1 relates to“A hollow profile insert or key can be used to form structural joints. In forming the joint, the insert or key is inserted into open ends of two or more hollow members, the members hollow at least in the joint forming area. An adhesive is then applied to the interface between the insert or key and each hollow member. The insert is engineered with channels and recessed adhesive accumulation areas or adhesive pans such that the adhesive accumulates only at a location at the recessed area, in a bonding lcoation with the member, providing significant structural integrity to the joint. The insert or key is self regulating such that the joint will accept only a required volume of adhesive or the correct volume adhesive can be easily and accurately applied by flowing the adhesive only for a fixed period of time, typically less than 60 seconds, preferably 15 seconds or less. Such linear or corner, adhesive bonded and secure joints have sufficient structural integrity such that additional fastener components are not needed. The adhesive assembled joints are sufficiently strong to survive manufacture, installation and a long useful life.”

In said application, mounting structures and methods adapted to be adhesively attached to adjacent hollow parts are disclosed.

In the literature Spanish Patent application numbered ES2142270A1 relates to“A modular assembly for fixed or movable socket bases, consisting of two basic parts, a plate and a channel that can be fitted together by dovetailing which is reciprocally guided and it is possible to fit with pressure; in which the plate, consisting of a single part, has housings for the mechanisms and means of overlapping for connecting with other plates or complementary parts in reversible positions by means of dovetailing attachment parts and, where the channel has a suitable profile, with means of strengthening and grooved tubular guides and parallel linear means for mounting the respective covers with specialised structures to form portable or fixed units that can be built, in complete form, into normal wiring.”

In the said application, an application related to modular assembly for fixed or movable socket bases is disclosed.

For the reasons mentioned above, a new linear mounting apparatus was needed.

Purpose of the Invention

Based on this position of the technique, the object of the invention is to provide a new linear mounting apparatus that eliminates existing disadvantages. Another object of the invention is to provide a structure that allows direct manual assembly without using any hand tools such as screws, screwdrivers.

Another object of the invention is to provide a structure that makes it much more durable than its equivalents when installed.

Another object of the invention is to provide a structure resistant to buckling, pulling and bending.

Another object of the invention is to provide a structure in which the assembly process can be done quite quickly in the disassembly process as well as the simplicity of the assembly process.

Another object of the invention is to provide a structure that allows it to be done with only one person in the assembly and disassembly process.

Another object of the invention is to provide a structure that significantly reduces labor cost.

Detailed Description of the Invention

In this detailed explanation, the innovation of the invention is explained only with examples that will have no limiting effect on better understanding of the subject.

The invention is a linear mounting apparatus (A) that allows the linear assembly of the first body profile (1 ) and the second body profile (2) by hand, without using any tools in linear products, linear joint apparatus (3) that is mounted and allows the first body profile (1 ) and the second body profile (2) to join in the same plane, which allows linear mounting of the first body profile (1 ) and the second body profile (2) by passing the tab (3.1) located on said first body profile (1), and the second body profile (2) through the rivet (4).

The linear mounting apparatus (A) according to the invention consists main parts of, at least one first body profile (1 ), at least one second body profile (2), linear joint apparatus (3) that is mounted and allows the first body profile (1 ) and the second body profile (2) to join in the same plane, which allows linear mounting of the first body profile (1 ) and the second body profile (2) by passing the tab (3.1 ) located on said first body profile (1 ), and the second body profile (2) through the rivet (4), nail slot (1.1) which passes into said nail (3.1) and enables the linear joint apparatus (3) to be fixed on the first body profile (1 ), the rivet slot (2.1 ) located on both the linear joint apparatus (3) and the second body profile (2), which passes into said rivet (4) and fixes the linear joint apparatus (3) on the second body profile (2), the side profile (3.2) positioned as the right and left edges of said linear joint apparatus (3) that enables said linear joint apparatus (3) to be inserted into the first body profile (1) and pass into it, first body channel (1.2) positioned on the underside of said first body profile (1 ) allowing the linear joint apparatus (3) to be slid onto said first body profile (1) by bearing the said side profile (3.2), the second body channel (2.2) positioned on the underside of said second body profile (2), allowing the linear joint apparatus (3) to be slid onto said second body profile (2) by bearing the said side profile (3.2).

Said linear joint apparatus (3) is applied to the second body channel (2.2) in the second body profile (2) and the rivet slots (2.1 ) on the second body profile (2) are superimposed.

Then, the rivet (4), the second body profile (2) and the linear joint apparatus (3) are combined into one. Finally, the linear joint apparatus (3) mounted on the second body profile (2) with the rivet (4) becomes a whole. The second body profile (2), which has become a whole, is pushed into the first body profile (1 ) such that the linear joint apparatus (3) is inserted. This pushing motion continues until the nail (3.1 ) positioned on the linear joint apparatus (3) comes out of the nail slot (1.1 ) positioned on the first body profile (1 ).

The assembly process is completed when the nail (3.1 ) located on the said linear joint apparatus (3) comes out of the nail slot (1.1 ) located on the first body profile (1 ).

In the disassembly process, when the force applied to the nail (3.1 ) located in the nail slot (1.1 ) is applied from the top and at the same time, the second body profile (2) is retracted, the disassembly is completed and the first body profile (1 ) and the second body profile (2) are separated from each other.

In other applications of the invention, other mounting elements such as screws can be used instead of the rivets (4).
