Abstract:
Provided is a linear parameter-varying model estimation system that can estimate a linear parameter-varying model with which satisfactory prediction performance can be provided while reducing an amount of data to be collected for estimating the linear parameter-varying model. A linear parameter-varying model estimation means (83) estimates a linear parameter-varying model for a target system on the basis of input data and output data relative to the target system that are collected under peripheral conditions for each of endpoints in an operation area. A data addition instruction means (85) outputs a message that instructs addition of input data and output data relative to the target system that are collected under conditions corresponding to points in the operation area in a case where it is determined that the prediction performance is not satisfactory. The linear parameter-varying model estimation means (83) estimates a linear parameter-varying model by also using the input data and the output data relative to the target system in a case where the input data and the output data are additionally input.
