Abstract:
A linear translational front suspension system integrated with steering and driving functions, mainly comprising two upper suspension guide mechanisms (4) and two lower suspension guide mechanisms (6) having a linear guide function, an upper connecting base (5), a lower connecting base (7), a steering joint (2), a reinforcing member (8), an upper ball joint pair (13), a lower ball joint pair (14) and a spring shock absorber (1); the upper connecting base (5) is fixedly connected to the lower connecting base (7) via the reinforcing member (8), and is connected to the two upper suspension guide mechanisms (4) and a shock absorber installation base (18); and the lower connecting base (7) is connected to the two lower suspension guide mechanisms (6). The present invention realizes an application of a multi-link linear translational suspension on the front shaft of a vehicle, such that when the vehicle is in a driving, steering or braking state, the guide mechanism of the linear translational suspension enables vehicle wheels to travel only along a straight line, and a vehicle wheel positioning parameter substantially remains unchanged, thus enabling the vehicle wheels to be perpendicular to the ground surface as far as possible, and reducing impact loads in various directions of an uneven road surface on the vehicle wheels.
