Abstract:
Provided is a linear vibration electric motor, comprising guide cases (1), a vibration unit (2), a coil unit (3), and an auxiliary magnetic steel unit (4). The vibration unit (2) comprises a magnetic steel unit (21), counterweight blocks (22), and glue bonding layers (23). The magnetic steel unit (21) comprises pieces of magnetic steel (211) and a soft magnetic block (212) attached to magnetic poles of the pieces of magnetic steel; the pieces of magnetic steel (211) are each provided with a through hole (2111); the soft magnetic block (212) and the counterweights (22) are respectively provided with first bosses (2122) and a second boss (222); the glue bonding layers (23) each comprise a first bonding layer (231), a second bonding layer (232), and a third bonding layer (233); the third bonding layers (233) are inserted into the through holes (2111); the first bosses (2122) and the second bosses (222) are both inserted into the third bonding layers (233) and are fixedly bonded by means of the third bonding layers (233); the first bonding layer (231) is disposed between the piece of magnetic steel (211) and the counterweight body (221) and cause the piece of magnetic steel and the counterweight body to form a bonding fixation; and the second bonding layer (232) is disposed between the magnetic steel (211) and the soft magnetic block body (2121) and fixedly bond the magnetic steel and the soft magnetic block body. Compared to relevant technologies, the linear vibration electric motor has high rigidity, good vibration performance, and high reliability.
