Abstract:
A linear vibration motor having S-shaped spring pieces (5), comprising an upper casing (1) and a lower casing (2). A rotor assembly (3) and a stator assembly (4) correspondingly matching the rotor assembly (3) are provided in the upper casing (1) and the lower casing (2). The stator assembly (4) is located below the rotor assembly (3) and fixed to the lower casing (2). Both ends of the rotor assembly (3) in the X direction are separately elastically connected to the upper casing (1) by means of S-shaped spring pieces (5). Each S-shaped spring piece (5) comprises upper and lower elastic arms (51) connected to the upper casing (1) and a middle fixed part (52) connected to the rotor assembly (3). The two elastic arms (51) are separately connected to the fixed portion (52) by means of first bending portions (53). First slots (54) are formed between the two elastic arms (51) and the fixing portion (52), respectively. The S-shaped spring piece (5) of the motor has a simple structure, is easy to process, and has low production costs, a stable elastic coefficient, a large elastic force, high stability and reliability, and a long service life. The mass production capacity and process yield of the spring pieces are improved, so that the vibration effect and stability of the motor are improved.
